El Segundo is a high-energy, fun, elevated (but casual) semi-traditional taqueria and tequila bar in the heart of Vail Village in Vail, Colorado. It is the second restaurant from the Montauk team. Chef Dimitri Souvorin and restauranteur, Cameron Douglas, invite you to the newest hot spot in Vail Village. Chef Dimitri’s creative menu ranges from Mexican standards to Asian fusion to Americana. It is delicious, creative food that isn’t afraid to be fun at the same time. Our bar boasts over 100 tequilas, with signature cocktails and flights that feature delicious tequilas both well-known and obscure.
