is a high-energy, fun, elevated (but casual) semi-traditional taqueria and tequila bar in the heart of Vail Village in Vail, Colorado. It is the second restaurant from the Montauk team. Chef Dimitri Souvorin and restauranteur, Cameron Douglas, invite you to the newest hot spot in Vail Village. Chef Dimitri’s creative menu ranges from Mexican standards to Asian fusion to Americana.
